Sign-in and permissions
Every staff member has a personal sign-in. Four permission levels (owner, location manager, staff, external) decide who sees and who changes what, location by location. Financial data requires a double check.
Every change leaves a trace
The log records every change, with who made it and when. Whatever is deleted goes to the trash and can be restored.
Backup and continuity
A nightly backup saves everything, and the restore is tested. Updates arrive without stopping your work.
GDPR inside the platform
Privacy notices and consents, the record of processing activities, deletion on request and retention periods are all managed in Refuneral. Compliant document retention goes through a specialized provider.
Transparency on artificial intelligence
The AI suggests and you decide: drafts, quotes and messages are reviewed before they are sent. The phone assistant says it is automated, never quotes prices, never makes commitments and switches off in a second.
